"Customer Grouping" - A tool that allows you to create custom groups for route customers. This will allow you to create a hierarchy for management of stops and reporting. Example: You service routes for a company that has multiple buildings in multiple cities. You can create the company > city > building hierarchy . You may even go as far as the floor, desk or closet. This allows the manifest to run and group by hierarchy.

The “Alerts Tab” now has “White” alert buttons.

The Messages, Callback, Issues, CC Exceptions and Payment Exception buttons are now displayed at the bottom of the home screen. Each button now display’s the count of each individual alert.
New - Menu / F3 Screen has a New Look and Feel

The Menu screen has a new categorized button layout to assist in navigating to the required process. The screen also offers the ability to customize your own favorites list for frequently used menu options. You have the option to use your own “Favorites Tab” in the menu. It is simple to update your favorites by using Windows drag and drop functionality. For a limited time the ability to access the “Classic Menu” is available by selecting the “Classic Menu” option found at the bottom of the Menu screen.
New - Customer Referral Logic

This feature allows you to select a specific customer as a customer referral. Several options are available for this feature including the incentive % rate, duration of the incentive period, expiration of the incentive and what customer rating is required to receive the incentive. You also have the option to print a referral card on the fly from the customers information tab. This will include the customer name, date and the incentive for the new customer to shop at your business.

Complete Google maps integration for both routes and reporting. You may even create “Route Zones” directly from the route configuration screen using Google Maps.

You now have the ability to preprint HSL / ItemTrac labels and assign them to a specific customer. This is primarily used in the restoration process when tagging garments on site during pack out.

"Incoming Summary - Revised", "Incoming Detail - Summary", "Outgoing Summary - Revised", "Outgoing Detail - Revised" reports have been added. These reports all remove $0.00 priced items from piece counts. An example is a VIP bag, upcharges or any other item that has a piece count and are a $0.00 price will not be included in piece counts in these reports.
