SPOT can operate in a wide variety of different configurations using industry standard technology and hardware.  It can be configured to accommodate anyone from a single-store, single-station operation to a 1,000-store, 10,000-station operation.  We created SPOT with these goals in mind.  We currently support the following operating environments:

• Single-user - A single, stand-alone workstation.
• Multi-user - Several workstations in one location sharing a common database for customers, transactions and reporting.
• Multi-store/Multi-user/Centralized - True real-time data is shared among multiple workstations across multiple stores using SPOT Enterprise.  This allows operators to share customer, production and reporting data in real time using current industry standard technologies. SPOT is very adaptable and can start out as a single-user, single location configuration and then evolve into a multi-store, centralized environment at any time.  No operation is too small or too large for SPOT and our industry leading technologies.

The user interface in SPOT is easy to use and very powerful.  Though is may seem like there is a lot on our home screen, a quick tutorial will show that it is one of SPOT’s more powerful tools. SPOT’s home screen is the starting point to all features found in SPOT.  With no more than two keystrokes or touches of the screen you can navigate to any of our features such as drop-off, pickup, reporting routes etc. Easy access to all functions makes SPOT a user-friendly system.
