What Is Support?

"Support" is our technical support and software update service.  Support is available to all customers who have purchased SPOT and enrolled in a fee based annual Support contract.  A current Support contract is required for access to technical support services.  With an active SPOT Support contract you are eligible to receive support via telephone, email, fax and web-based services.  You also receive access to all software updates as they become available. 

If you are not currently enrolled you will not be eligible to receive any of our technical support services.  Do not wait until you have an emergency to enroll in a support contract. Take advantage of support and software update services today by calling 801-208-2210.

Telephone Support
Problems and other day to day operational questions are covered by your support contract. Technical support personnel are not equipped to provide training, integration or consultation services.  Training and integration services are available as a fee based service.


Support does not cover hardware or software issues that arise due to customer purchased hardware.  Hardware purchased as a complete business system from SBS will be covered under your support contract.
