History	SPOT was released in 1991 at the Clean 91 show in Las Vegas Nevada.  Since 1991 SPOT has been installed and used by more than 2,500 companies and 9,500 workstations.  These installations are in 13 countries in all parts of the world. SPOT has been seen as the industry leader in technology and features since the release of our SPOT Classic in 1991.  Since 1991 we have created and implemented the first, integrated IP based credit card processing, automated assembly, automated storage, lot manager, CRM module, issue manager, retention marketing and customer web interface.  This is just a short list of our innovations and creativity being designed and implemented with our customers assistance.
Staff	Our Draper headquarters consists of 28 dedicated and passionate people including 18 Full Time Technical Support / Customer Care Agents 3 Full Time Software Developers (SBS employed) 1 Full Time Software Developers (Contractor) 6 Full Time Sales and Administration

Locations	Untied States - Draper, Utah - Corporate headquarters for SPOT Business Systems are located in Draper, Utah.  This office houses the Business, Sales, Development and Americas Support staff. United Kingdom - Berkshire - This is the European Sales and Support office located in Maidenhead New Zealand - Auckland - This is the New Zealand / Australia Sales and Support office located in Ellerslie
Hosting Facility	Our Hosting Facility is located in Lindon, Utah.  This is a short 20 minute drive from our Utah based corporate headquarters.
