Customer Retention / Customer Trends / Marketing Popup
  • Use the Marketing pop up in automatic mode (by clerk or manual mode) to determine what a customer spends in your store.  Details include percentages of sales by department, marketing group, last 12 month's sales, customer rating, next visit date and last visit date.  This tool is invaluable to up selling your customers for other services not used, or for impressing the customer with knowledge you have of their buying trends when speaking with them.
